Thirty-Eighth Week Email

안녕하세요

Well hey there everyone. Just hanging out at the local government
office where we can use computers. It's been a pretty normal morning
but my week has been so amazing. I really like telling all of you
about my week and how much I love Korea.

So this week was so much fun. I honestly don't think anything that
we planned happened haha. We would either have the most random stuff
pop up or we would just change our lesson plan at the last second. But
it made for a pretty exciting week. I also met the rest of our
Investigators this week and they are so amazing. All of them just love
us. We also met a lot of member's this last week and we ended the week
at our Bishop's house last night where he had a "small" dinner which
means about 30+ people. And I was in charge of sharing the message
last night and it almost felt natural. The language is coming along a
lot slower than I want it to but my expectations are a little high (I
want to be fluent right now) but they are coming along and it's such a
great feeling. And because our Bishop is so awesome he invited our
Investigator Sister Kim and her two kids when they came to church. And
they had so much fun last night. Sister Kim has progressed so much and
she comes to church even when her friend (our member) isn't there. And
her children love the primary and young mens program. It's probably
one of the best feelings showing up to church and seeing your friend
walking around and feeling like she absolutley belongs there. I have
only been here two weeks but we have met that family about 5 or 6
times now and they are amazing.

Well that's my week in a nutshell so sorry. But I'm off to a folk
village today with our Investigator. Who speaks fluent english with an
english accent haha. And he's probably one of the coolest guys ever.
So if you can get anything from this e-mail just know I love my new
area. Every part of it has been just amazing. And I love all of you
and I hope you have an amazing week.
